A relevant government photo ID is required if you wish to drink alcohol.
Stage Diving, Crowd Surfing and Moshing are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE.
ATTENTION: PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE OF YOUR TICKET.
1. This ticket is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and the venue where presented. 2. Entry is at own risk. The organisation and the venue accept no responsibility for any injuries, losses or damage sustained in or around the venue. The right to refuse entry is reserved. 3. Stage diving, crowd surfing and moshing are strictly prohibited. Any patron caught practising this behaviour risks eviction. 4. No bottles, glass, cans, milk crates, chairs, stools (folding or otherwise), picnic gear, fireworks, alcohol, drugs, laser lights, skateboards, weapons of any type or umbrellas will be allowed on site. 5. All bags and containers will be searched upon entry. Any other items considered illegal or dangerous will also be banned from site entry. 6. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged nor replaced after purchase. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain, the ticket will become void and the holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue. 7. The right is reserved to vary advertised artists and programs. The right is reserved to reschedule the event. The right of admission is also reserved. 8. This is a licensed event. No BYO Alcohol. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must be over 18 and must provide valid photographic identification (i.e., driver’s license or passport). Any minor found consuming or in possession of alcohol will be evicted from the event and may face charges. 9. The event will run rain or shine. The organisation reserves the right to reschedule the event. 10. Still photographic cameras (eg; small cameras) are permitted. Sound recording devices and video or movie cameras are prohibited. 11. The conditions stated on this ticket constitute a contract between the organisation and the purchaser. Any breach of the conditions will indemnify and hold harmless the organisation, their respective agents, representatives, management, principles, employees, officers and directors from and against any loss, damage or expense, including attorneys or solicitors fees, incurred or suffered by or threatened against the organisation or their representatives or any of the foregoing in connection with or as a result of any claim for personal injury or property damage or otherwise brought by the purchaser or on behalf of any third party person, firm or corporation or proprietors against the organization as a result of or in connection with OK Motels Pty Ltd.
